What mom doesn’t love a nice, relaxing bath to unwind after a long day (when you actually get a moment alone that is J). I was recently sent a bag of Simply Bath Salts in Lavender to try.

I wish I had more time to take baths, because these could easily become a staple in any moms relaxation routine. Simply Bath Salts uses their our own blend of Dead Sea Salt, Atlantic Sea Salt and Epsom Salt to infuse your bath with over a dozen pure essential minerals.

For me, lavender is a very calming scent. I love that Simply Bath Salts uses Oregon Tilth certified organic lavender essential oil so I know that no pesticides or chemicals make it into my bath. The jojoba oil (a natural source of vitamin E) is also Oregon Tilth certified organic.

Here’s the full ingredients list:

Atlantic Sea salt, Dead Sea salt, Epsom Salt, organic Jojoba oil, organic Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil

Very pure and natural!

I also love that Simply Bath Salts individually hand packs their salts the day of your online order and puts that date on the package. So you know you’re getting a fresh product that hasn’t been sitting on the shelf for months.

They are also very reasonable priced considering the use of organic lavender essential and jojoba oils. One 24 oz. bag retails for $12.99. If you order in bulk, the price goes down. And all orders are shipped USPS priority mail free of charge.

They also offer a wide variety of oils and can blend bath salts to your request for no additional cost. They will even offer advice on what oils blend well and which oils don’t. What a great service!

One Happy Mothering reader will win one bag of Simply Bath Salts in their choice of scent during the March into April Giveaway Hop, which runs from March 30 to April 2. You can find the scent list on their website.

Be sure to come back on March 30 to enter, but in the meantime be sure to connect with Simply Bath Salts on Twitter or Facebook.

I am a complete fan of lavender and have been working with the lavender from Provence for years. It is a magical plant and has so many diverse uses. I hope you like my Provencal Lavender Accessories

These sound heavenly. I’m not a soak-in-the-bath type of girl, but with these bath salts, I have a feeling I might quickly become one.
