Since having melanoma 5 years ago, I have become very passionate about eliminating toxic personal care products from my home and switching my family over to natural skincare products. I have been hearing about Juice Beauty for a while now, so I was excited about trying them out for the first time.

As a woman nearing my mid-thirties, I am always interested in exploring natural ways to keep my skin healthy and the wrinkles at bay. So I was thrilled to receive the Stem Cellular Repair Ultimate Collection to review.

Most of us have heard about the amazing reparative properties of stem cells, so I was curious to see what fruit stem cells could do for skin repair. This line features Juice Beauty’s clinically validated, proprietary blend of fruit stem cells, Vitamin C and Resveratrol-rich organic juices.

The gift set includes:

  • 0.33 oz. Stem Cellular Repair Booster Serum
  • 0.17 oz. Stem Cellular Repair Eye Treatment
  • 1.7 oz. Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer

It’s just enough to try out each of the products to see if they’ll work for you before purchasing the full-sized products. The moisturizer lasts longer than the other 2 items in the kit.

Since it’s just the moisturizing treatments in this set, I used my normal face wash and toner before applying the Juice Beauty serum, eye cream and moisturizer.

Stem Cellular Repair Booster Serum

The serum went on nicely and absorbed right in. It smells really fresh and clean, which is great. It comes in a standard pump bottle. If you aren’t familiar them, the purpose of a serum is to help deliver the active ingredients of your moisturizer to the deeper layers of your skin. You apply it before your moisturizer and eye cream.

Ingredients: Organic juices of pyrus malus (organic apple juice)*, vitis vinifera (organic white grape juice)*, citrus medica limonum (organic lemon juice)*, aloe barbadensis (organic aloe leaf juice)*, vegetable glycerin, organic plant oils of helianthus annus (organic sunflower seed oil)*, simmondsia chinensis (organic jojoba seed)*, butyrospermum parkii (organic shea butter)*, octyl palmitate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, glyceryl stearate, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate (Vitamin C), stearic acid, cetearyl alcohol, malus sylvestris (apple buds), vitis vinifera (grape buds) & citrus limonum (lemon bark), organic essential fatty acids of oenothera biennis (organic evening primrose oil)*, linum usitatissimum (organic linseed oil)*, borago officinali (borage seed)*, xanthan gum, panthenol (Vitamin B5), allantoin, hyaluronic acid, tocopherol (Vitamin E), sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, ethylhexylglycerin, citrus reticulata (mandarin), litsea cubeba (may chang) and cinnamomum camphora (ho wood) pure essential oils

Stem Cellular Repair Eye Treatment

The eye treatment comes with a wand that you’re supposed to apply the cream with. I really liked the idea initially, but it turned out I wasn’t huge fan of it as I felt like it pulled the delicate skin under my eyes around, even with plenty of cream on it. Which was no big deal, because I just used my fingers like I normally would with an eye cream. It absorbed really well also and felt nice around my eyes.

Stem Cellular Repair Moisturizer

Then I finished with the with stem cellular repair moisturizer. I really liked the delivery system of this product. At first it looked like a jar of face cream you’d dip your fingers in (not very sanitary), but then you open it up and it is actually a pump dispenser as well. I thought that was really neat and great for preventing contamination – I hadn’t seen that before. It’s a nice, thick cream, but it doesn’t feel heavy at all. My skin soaked it up really well.

Overall, I was happy with the Juice Beauty Stem Cellular Repair Ultimate Collection. I didn’t see any dramatic improvement in my skin over the few weeks that the set lasted (although it does usually take more than a couple weeks to see results with most lines), but my skin stayed moisturized and happy (which is a task in itself in this dry climate!).

Great article – will definitely try these products since I am always searching for “pure” products and this line sounds amazing!

You may enjoy an article I just wrote about parabens, since they seem to be in so many skin products!!

I love Juice Beauty! I did not know that they had come out with something new. I will have to look into this. I have a serum and a peel that I love so I bet these are just as good as my products I use from them. Thanks so much for letting me know about these!

I have been reading more and more about all of the chemicals in beauty products that are leeching into our skin. I am just done with all that and want to try natural products.

I would love to use toxin free beauty products because I’ve been using them for half my life just taking for granted that what you buy for your skin care is good for you. In fact , they aren’t.

I have never had sensitive skin, but I have found as I grow older, more products are causing problems. These products would probably be good for me.
