Let's all just take a moment for ourselves – even if it's just 15 minutes while the kids nap. When you're done, it's time to whip up a batch of this incredibly refreshing cucumber lime smoothie.
It's like a spa day in a glass when you drink it. It's extraordinarily cooling and refreshing and simply delicious!
While I normally like to make a pitcher of detox water to drink when I play spa day at home, sometimes I enjoy making something that's a bit heartier like this Cucumber Lime Smoothie.

Incredibly Refreshing Cucumber Lime Smoothie Recipe
- 2 organic cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup organic sugar or raw honey (local preferred)
- Up to 2 cups of filtered water or ice, optional
- Small handful fresh mint leaves, optional
- Place all of your ingredients into a smoothie-style blender.
- Puree everything until it's all nice and smooth.
- Taste and adjust if needed (I often need to add more ice).
- Serve garnished with a wedge or lime or sprig of mint.
- Enjoy cold – and share if you like!
