Trilight Health Liquid Herbal Formulas

I had the opportunity to review one product for Trilight Health (Echinacea and Thyme with Elderberries) back in April and absolutely loved it, so I was excited to receive 2 more of their products to review.

N R G – Energy Support

I’m a mom with 2- and 4-year old daughters. So I’m tired a lot – it’s part of being a mom. I often reach for a cup of green tea in the afternoon for a little pick me up, but I’d love to have more natural energy.

N R G – Energy Support sounded like the perfect product for me. It is recommended for tired moms, anyone with Epstein Barr type symptoms and even athletes that are looking for a daily sustained energy formula that isn’t stimulating.

Cornelian Asiatic Cherry, Rehmannia, White Peony Root, Ophiopogonis Tuber, Fo Ti, American Ginseng, Chinese Angelica, Hoelen, Hong Jin Tian, Tangerine Peel, Licorice Root and Chrysanthemum Flower in a base of Kosher Vegetable Glycerine and Reverse Osmosis Water.

N R G contains NO alcohol, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg or preservatives. It’s Gluten Free and Vegan.

It’s really easy to take:1-teaspoon morning and early afternoon or you can squirt it straight into your water bottle and take it with you!

After taking it, I do feel more energy, but not stimulated like I do with coffee, which is great! I also love how natural the ingredients are. It’s also safe for pregnant and nursing moms (always consult with your healthcare provider).

Peace Treaty

I have been juggling a lot lately, and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel stressed on anxious at times. So I have been seeking ways to help me relax naturally. I had never considered an herbal supplement, but the description of Peace Treaty sounded ideal, so I decided to give it a try.

Peace Treaty was an original Cherokee Heritage formula, created by the late 7th Generation Cherokee Herbalist D. Walt Burchett, or “Medicine Bear.” This soothing combination of herbs is designed to naturally support the central nervous system, body and mind relaxation, and sound sleep. It’s also recommended for children with ADD or ADHD.

*Valerian Root, White Willow Bark, Scullcap, Passion Flower, *Chamomile, *Hops, *Catnip Leaf and *Cloves in a base of Kosher Vegetable Glycerine and Reverse Osmosis Water. *Ingredients are Certified Organic.

Peace Treaty also contains NO alcohol, sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg or preservatives. It’s also Gluten Free and Vegan.

You can either take it straight or in water. I don’t mind taking it straight at all – it tastes a lot like chamomile tea to me (I love chamomile tea). It is very calming and soothing to take. I have given it to both girls as well, and it has done wonders to calm them down at night when I’m trying to get them ready for bed.
