Unfortunately, she, like most kids, plays a lot and has ripped holes into the knees of more than one pair of pants. So, when I read about Zupers Leggings, I was very excited for her to try them out.
Zupers leggings have cute, heart-shaped removable knee pads in them to protect your child’s knees. They are made in the USA from rip-resistant yet soft and silky fabric. They’re also UV protectant and moisture wicking to keep her cool in the summer and warm in the winter. They even feature a secret treasure pocket!
Since Zoë is very particular about clothes, I was hopeful she’d like them. After looking through the patterns, she chose the Juliet style, which are very cute.
She was very excited when they arrived. They seem well made and were cute just as pictured.
In the knee area where you insert and remove the kneepads, there is – understandably – a seam. Unfortunately due to her sensitivity to seams, Zoë will not wear them. Although Kaylee is anxiously awaiting getting taller so she can wear them.
Even though they didn’t work for Zoë, I think it’s a great concept. Zupers is getting read to launch a Kickstarter Collection on November 1. The Kickstarter leggings are made from the same fabric, but will feature all new prints and re-designed kneepads. Instead of a heart shape, the new collection will have larger, square kneepads. Learn more about how you can support the Kickstarter Collection here.
Zupers leggings are available in sizes 6 months to 14 years and can be purchased on the Zupers website.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
