By the Numbers: How to Make Snow Globe Mason Jar Toppers

Follow these simple step by step instructions to learn how to make cute Snow Globe Mason Jar Toppers.

Step 1: Glue Figurines to Lid and Ornament Half to Ring

The first thing you want to is test to make sure that your figurines are not too tall to fit under half of the ornament. Once you’re sure they’re the right size, use a thin line of hot glue to adhere your Christmas figurines to the inner circle part of the lid.

Once the figurines are secure, use more hot glue to adhere half of a clear plastic ornament to the top of the mason jar ring. You’ll have two pieces at this point.

Step 2: Add Fake Snow to Globe

Add your fake snow to the plastic globe. You can insert the lid into it before you glue it to make sure you’re happy with the amount of snow.

Step 3: Glue Lid and Ring Together

Once you’re happy with the amount of fake snow you’ve added, hot glue the lid into the ring over the top of the figures so that the snow globe dome won’t come loose.
