Many of us don’t get enough good fiber in our diet. And sometimes our bodies need a good cleansing. I have always heard that Psyllium Fiber was great for both of these things, but hadn’t tried them myself.

You just put one teaspoon of the psyllium in the shaker cup.
Using the shaker cup is key because Psyllium absorbs the water around it very quickly, so it’s more difficult to stir. I like mixing it with half water and half juice.
The psyllium doesn’t taste like anything, so it’s easy to mix with whatever beverage you want. It is grainy, so it doesn’t go down super smooth, but I don’t mind the texture at all. I really want to try some of the recipes Konsyl has on their website.
