Learning Resources has become a staple in our home over the last several months. Since Zoë is about to enter Kindergarten, we’re really focused on basic skills like letters and numbers.
She’s a smart little girl. Just a few days ago she started counting to 100 all on her own! I’m so proud of her.
She loves learning, but she doesn’t want to be told that it’s learning, so I’ve found that the best way to teach her things is through games. The People Counters from Learning Resources offers a fun way to teach counting, sorting and patterning.
Both girls have fun playing with these cute little figures. This set comes with 72 counters in 6 different shapes and colors that represent the people and pets in our families. The tallest figure measures 2.5″ tall.
I like this set because there are a perfect number of pieces to divide equally between Zoë and Kaylee.
Some days they share wonderfully. Other days, not so much. I like toys and games I can divide between them like this one until they’re ready to come back together and share again.
If you have little ones between the ages of 3 and 8, check out the People Counters from Learning Resources.
