Can you believe it’s already summer? I still have a hard time believing it. I always look forward to the summer, because we always have beautiful weather that allows us to enjoy plenty of time outside in the sunshine.
We like to be on the go, and the girls love playing at the park as often as possible. So far this summer, we took an early trip to San Diego where the girls got to experience a lot of firsts. Their first time at Legoland, their first time at an aquarium, their first time to the Ruben H Fleet Science Center, their first time they remember going to the beach (even though they’ve been before) and their very first wedding.
Aren’t they cute all dressed up for their first wedding? Gotta love Kaylee’s unique sense of style – pretty party dress with sweat pants, LOL
Summertime is always full of lots of firsts, and I know we’ll have many more firsts this summer. One first that you should never forget is First Aid.
There’s nothing worse than a fun playdate that ends with someone falling down and getting a scraped knee when no one has first aid supplies on hand. We’ve had more than one trip to the park that ended that way.
I have been meaning to stock the truck with some basic first aid supplies for a while now, but so many of them are full of antibiotic ointments – not natural choices. I finally got a small first aid kit put together thanks to Puracyn® Wound & Skin Care.
Have you tried Puracyn® Wound & Skin Care yet? It’s a spray made from a unique, patented solution of electrochemically treated saline. The solution mimics compounds naturally produced by the body, making it ideal to help with wound cleaning and healing. Unlike many products I used growing up, it’s free of antibiotics, steroids and alcohol – and it doesn’t sting either.
All you have to do is spray it on the wound and apply a bandage – no water needed – and your kiddos can get back to playing. It’s really great for on-the-go first aid care for minor cuts, scrapes and lacerations.
There are so many times when Puracyn® Wound & Skin Care would have come in handy for us. I can’t count how many times we’ve been at the park and someone has scraped their knee, leg or hand and we had to go home. As much as the kids would have preferred to keep playing, it’s important to get wounds cleaned out right away to prevent infection. Puracyn® Wound & Skin Care can take care of that on-the-go for you.
Puracyn® OTC Wound and Skin Care is available for purchase at Meijer, Rite Aid and Walgreen’s.
