This small-batch recipe for Heart Chakra Sugar Scrub Bars uses melt and pour soap together with essential oils and colors designed to support the heart chakra.
One of the things I love most about making my own DIY beauty products is I can customize their scent. Since I make so many different beauty projects to share with you, I get bored of the same old scents and like to try new things.
I enjoy studying things like our body’s chakra system and how different things affect it. Sometimes I like making beauty products that line up with those principles.
Our heart chakra is responsible for our feelings of love, compassion and acceptance or there lack thereof. I’ve been working on accepting where I’m at right now and having compassion for myself, so I’ve been focused on my heart chakra.
The colors representing the heart chakra are green or pink. So I have lots of green and pink crystals by my bedside because they make me happy.
These sugar scrub bars have a heart shape, a pink coloring and use the Loving Compassion essential oil blend from Plant Therapy. This blend uses a combination of essential oils designed to support the heart chakra, including Pink Grapefruit, Rhododendron, Bergamot and Rose Otto. It’s really nice.
If you’re looking for a DIY beauty project designed to support the heart chakra, try these Heart Chakra Sugar Scrub Bars. Be sure to leave a review afterwards.
