Before I got pregnant, I wore an 8.5 shoe. Now I wear a 10. I loved all my shoes, and clung to them in hopes I'd be able to squeeze into them someday. So, while preparing for BlogHer, I tried them on and NONE of them fit. I'm back at square one.
It will be my first weekend away from the girls, ever. So I really want to be able to wear cute clothes and shoes. But, since my not-so-little-anymore feet aren't used to heels, I want to find shoes that are fashionable AND functional.
Naturalizer shoes are just that. I'm hoping to be selected to receive a Naturalizer sponsorship for BlogHer, which includes the cost of my Conference Pass & 3 pairs of shoes from the fall line to wear at BlogHer.
I would also have 30 pairs of Naturalizer shoes to give out to attendees I spot in need of a “shoe rescue.”
So, if like me, you haven't worn heels in years, but want to because this is YOUR time away from the kids. So you buy new heels. But because you never had time to break them in properly, you end up with painful blisters… That's when I'll be there with an awesome pair of Naturalizer shoes.
The shoes I'll get if selected will go great with just about any of the outfits I'm planning to wear. I want to be able to stay out all night, look cute and be comfortable. So I am really hoping I'm selected so I can be comfortable – and so can you!
This opportunity was presented to me by Naturalizer and the Brown Shoe Company, through MyBlogSpark, and this post serves as my entry to win a sponsorship for my attendance at the 2011 BlogHer Conference.
