This Overnight Oats Recipe is for one serving. To make multiple servings, simply repeat the recipe in as many jars as necessary.
I used blueberries in this recipe since they’re one of our favorites, but you can use pretty much any fruit you like. I love that blueberries are naturally sweet, so it’s not necessary to add sweetener if you’re trying to avoid that, but a little maple syrup really adds to the flavor!
The great things is these can be made a few days in advance, so you can batch make breakfast and all you have to do is grab it out of the refrigerator in the morning!
Blueberry Overnight Oats Recipe
- In a pint-sized glass mason jar, layer in the oats, almond milk, yogurt, blueberries, vanilla extract, maple syrup and sea salt. Leave any nuts or toppings out.
- Stir the ingredients until they are combined, then put the lid on the jar and place it in the refrigerator.
- Grab the jar out of the refrigerator in the morning and stir in sliced almonds or your favorite toppings.
