So we’ve been working on teaching the girls how to eat with chopsticks. Zoë has been picking it up pretty quickly, but Kaylee still needs more practice.

How to Make DIY Chopstick Helpers
- 1 pair chopsticks
- 1/2 sheet printer paper
- Rubber bands
- Start by folding the paper in half lengthwise twice.
- Slowly and carefully roll the paper until it forms a tight coil.
- Place the paper roll between the chopsticks, then use the rubber band to secure it in place. Wrap it around however you need to in order for the paper to stay in place. You'll want to make sure the rubber bands are tight enough at the top that it pulls the tips of both chopsticks together.
- Enjoy eating your Chinese food with your homemade chopstick helpers.
