They say scents bring back the strongest memories. The wafting scent of jasmine always induces a flood of memories of fun times spent with my college roommates after graduation.
While I moved back to San Diego, they both stayed in LA for a few years. There was a huge jasmine bush outside their apartment, which I spent half of my weekends at post-graduation.
It was a pretty carefree time in my life, so the smell of jasmine always brings a smile to my face. The scent instantly causes me to relax just a bit more into the moment.
When I saw that Schmidt’s had introduced a Natural Jasmine Tea Body Wash, I had to pick up a bottle. I’ve had friends rave about their deodorant, which I can’t try because it contains baking soda (and I have a crazy sensitivity), so I was excited to try out their body wash.
It has a strong jasmine scent with a delicate undertone of green tea from essential oils and natural fragrances. It’s an organic argan oil-based cleanser that also features nori extract, bladderwrack extract and ocean-sourced algae for extra nourishment.
It is free of parabens, sulfates (including sodium lauryl sulfate), PEG, phthlates, artificial fragrance or artificial dyes. It’s also certified vegan and cruelty free.
If your husband isn’t into the girly scents like Jasmine Tea, you can try Schmidt’s Cedarwood + Juniper Body Wash. It has all of the same great ingredients in a more male-friendly scent.
My husband isn’t into the flowery girly scents, so I love that they thought of the men too. If you’re looking for a new natural body wash to try, pick up a bottle of Schmidt’s Natural Body Wash.
What scent of Schmidt’s Natural Body Wash do you prefer: Jasmine Tea or Cedarwood + Juniper?
