Amazingly Fresh Garden Salsa Recipe

Fresh From the Garden

Making salsa with tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic and other goodies from the garden makes the freshest, tastiest salsa you'll ever make at home!

I like to blend up a big batch and then keep it mason jars in the fridge so it's handy for a quick snack of chips and salsa.

Ingredients

– 4 cups fresh Roma tomatoes – 1 ½ cups chopped onion – ¼ cup fresh cilantro – 3 minced garlic cloves – 1 de-seeded fresh jalapeno – 1 tbsp of fresh lime juice – 1 tsp taco seasoning – ½ tsp sea salt

How to Make Fresh Garden Salsa in the Blender

1

Prepare the Ingredients

First, prepare all of the ingredients for making fresh salsa. I like to chop the tomatoes and onions because it makes it easier to measure.

2

Add Ingredients to Blender

Next, you'll want to transfer all of the ingredients you just chopped and prepared to your blender's pitcher

3

Blend Ingredients

Blend the ingredients using the pulse setting until your salsa reaches your desired consistency. The longer you blend, the smoother the salsa.
