Ingredients

– 1 cup dried fruit – 1 cup unsalted nuts – 1 cup pitted medjool dates

– Blender or food processor – Baking sheet – Parchment paper – Mixing bowl – Measuring cups – Silicone spatula

How to Make No-Bake Date Energy Balls

Add All Ingredients to the Blender

Add all of your ingredients - the dried fruit, nuts and dates - to your high-powered blender.

Pulse Ingredients to Make a Paste

Pulse the mixture for 5-10 seconds at a time until a sticky dough forms and you're happy with the consistency.

Remove Paste from the Blender

Dump the paste onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet or sturdy cutting board so you can work with it.
