– 4 cups blueberries – ¾ cup filtered water – 5 tablespoons sugar – 1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice – 2-3 large lemon peel slices

Add Blueberries and Water to Pan

Start by washing 4 cups of blueberries, then place them in your medium saucepan with ¾ cup of water.


Boil and Mash Blueberries

Smash and break down the berries then bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Keep smashing until they are all broken down.


Simmer Blueberries

Once they come to a boil, turn the heat down to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir regularly. They'll break down into a sauce.
