Post-Workout Essential Oil Muscle Rub

Better Than Using Essential Oils Alone

When you add essential oils to a balm, they last longer, so you get more relief for your sore muscles after working out.

A little goes a long way, too. So making your own muscle rub can be more effective and more affordable than buying one.
