– Boneless skinless chicken breasts – Finely minced garlic – Grated ginger – Honey – Brown sugar – Gluten free soy sauce – Toasted sesame oil – Rice wine vinegar – Cold water – Cornstarch – Toasted sesame seeds – Sliced green onions – Cooked jasmine rice

How to Make Slow Cooker Chicken Teriyaki


Make Teriyaki Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together finely minced garlic,  grated ginger, honey, brown sugar, gluten free soy sauce, toasted sesame oil and rice wine vinegar.


Pour Over Chicken in Slow Cooker

Pour the soy sauce mixture you just made over the chicken in your crockpot or slow cooker.


Slow Cook Chicken Teriyaki

Cover with a lid and cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4-5 hours. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165˚ F.
