apple cider vinegar

fresh-squeezed lemon juice

tahini

fresh parsley

extra virgin olive oil
or sesame oil
Instructions
Put all ingredients, excluding oil, in your food processor or blender. Puree until the mixture is a creamy, smooth paste.
Drizzle in olive oil and continue blending until well combined.
When everything is well blended, serve the lemon tahini dressing over your favorite salad.
