Ingredients

can black beans
drained

eggs
room temperature

coconut oil
melted

granulated sugar

teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
vanilla extract

cup
unsweetened cocoa powder

cup
chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Place the black beans into a large mixing bowl.
Using an immersion blender, smash up the beans into a fine paste (you can also use a good food processor or high powered blender).
Add the remaining ingredients to the large bowl.
Using a hand mixer, blend until all of the lumps out and make sure the mixture is nice and smooth.
Grease or spray the pan with cooking spray, then pour the grain free black bean brownie batter into it. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired.
Bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes, checking at the 25 minute mark to make sure the sides don't burn. Remove from oven and allow the pan to cool.
Cut your fudgy black bean brownies into squares. Sit back after your hard work and enjoy a chocolate brownie.
