Cinnamon Blueberry Chia Pudding

Add the coconut milk, vanilla extract and stevia blend together in a mixing bowl until well combined. Add the chia seeds to a glass jar, then pour the coconut milk mixture into the jar and whisk until well combined.
Place the jars in the refrigerator to set (for at least 2 hours).
Just before serving, top your chia pudding with cinnamon, blueberries and shredded coconut.
