1cuppeanut butter
1cupgranulated sugar
1egg
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350° F. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Place the peanut butter, sugar and egg in a large bowl and mix until the batter is smooth.
Roll your cookie dough into 1 ½-inch balls, then place them on a prepared cookie sheet.
Press the tines of a fork into the cookie balls once in each direction to make a crisscross design and flatten each of the cookies.
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. Let them cool for 5 minutes on the pan then transfer them to a wire rack to cool to room temperature. Serve with a cup of your favorite milk.
