Ingredients
4¾” thick pork chops
1eggbeaten
½cupalmondscoarsely ground
½cupParmesan cheesegrated
Sea saltto taste
Garlic powderto taste
Black pepperto taste
Instructions
Beat egg in a shallow dish with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Combine the almonds and Parmesan cheese on a separate bowl or plate.
Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. Dip pork chops in egg, and then coat them in the almond and Parmesan mixture, making sure to cover all sides of the pork chops.
Place in the air fryer at 360° F for 7 minutes, then turn.
Continue cooking at 360° F for another 7 -10 minutes. When checked with a meat thermometer, the thickest part of the chop should be between 145° F and 165° F.
Transfer air-fried pork chops to a plate and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
