How to Make Terracotta flower pot garden markers

Write Plant Names on Pots

Turn the pot over and write the name of the plant using a permanent marker that'll withstand the elements.

Press Clay Into Pot

Use clay to create a ball, then press it into the pot to seal the hole and create a sticky surface for the rod.

Press Rod Into Clay

Press the rod into the clay and hold it in place with the pot turned over. Allow it to dry completely before proceeding.
