- 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill 1 to  1 Gluten Free Flour - 2 teaspoons baking   soda - ½ teaspoon sea salt - ½ cup butter - room   temperature - 1 ¼ cups granulated   sugar  - 2 eggs

How to make gluten free Blueberry Muffins


Preheat Your Oven

Preheat oven to 425˚ F. Line your muffin pan with liners or grease them. I like to use unbleached muffin liners, but you can use any that you like.


Combine Dry Ingredients.

Whisk together 2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill gluten free all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking soda and ½ teaspoon of sea salt until they’re well combined


Cream Butter and Sugar.

In large mixing bowl, use your electric hand mixer to cream ½ cup of butter with 1 ¼ cups of sugar until it’s combined and fluffy.
