Place all of your ingredients except for the toasted sesame seeds into a large mixing bowl.
Stir everything until it’s well combined, then transfer it to your blender or food processor to process it into a thick paste. Don’t over-process.
On a baking sheet lined with a silicone baking mat, shape out 6 low carb cauliflower buns (enough for 3 burgers). Once you’re happy with their shape, lightly sprinkle each cauliflower bun with some toasted sesame seeds.|
Place the pan in the oven, and bake for 30-35 minutes or until they are cooked through and golden brown. They’ll be soggy if you don’t cook them for long enough.
Remove them from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Then transfer them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
You’ll want to use these low carb cauliflower buns right away. I find that they don’t stay fresh for long.
