  • Pour the pumpkin, apple juice, pumpkin pie spice and sugar in a large saucepan and stir until well combined. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer stirring frequently for 30 minutes or until the mixture is thickened.

  • Allow the pumpkin butter to cool, then store in mason jars and keep in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve it.
