The Caraway Cookware Set is the highest quality non-stick cookware I’ve tested as a home cook. After months of use, it has earned a permanent place in my kitchen.
Why I Use Ceramic Nonstick Cookware
Traditional nonstick cookware, while convenient, uses a Teflon coating to create its non-stick surface. I avoid this type of cookware because it contains toxic chemicals.
And, since I have a severe nickel allergy, I also avoid stainless steel cookware as much as possible. I have cast iron and carbon steel pans that I love when properly seasoned, but sometimes I just want the convenience of having non-stick pans.

While I like and use my Master Chef Cookware, my Caraway Cookware Set blows it out of the water in terms of quality (which is why I’m an affiliate for them and will make a small commission if you purchase through my links).
Even after months of use, none of the pans have a single scratch or stain on them yet (other than where the bottom of the pan comes into contact with my stove burners). That’s really impressive since I have the Cream-colored set!
They cook my food evenly and, even over high heat, nothing seems to scorch or burn easily. In addition, I haven’t had any issues with foods sticking to the pan and I think that’s due to the quality of the ceramic coating.
Out of all of the cookware sets I have in my kitchen, I find myself reaching for my Caraway non stick cookware first. I love how they cook and I love how easy they are to clean!
All of the pans come with a matching lid, even the frying pan. I find very few frying pans include lids, and that’s one thing that I love about this set.

How to Clean
I am always blown away by how easy these pans are to clean! Most of the time, just running hot water into them will rinse away all debris. Then you just clean them out with a soft sponge, warm water and your favorite dish detergent.
I’ve had no issues with scratching or marks being left in the pans after months of use even though I’m using less oil with these pans. Of course, I only use wood or silicone utensils in them to protect the ceramic nonstick coating.

Is It Worth It?
I know this cookware set has a higher price than some other brands. However, in my experience, the Caraway Cookware Set is totally worth its price tag.
The pans and lids are very durable, and harder to scratch than I expected. I can already tell that this cookware set will last for years to come, and I love that all of the pieces can be used on the stovetop or in the oven.
