If you enjoyed my tutorials on Brewing Your Own Kombucha and Bottling Your Homemade Kombucha, you’re going to love learning about the next You Are What You Eat Giveaway Hop prize!

Kombucha Kamp is providing a Kickstarter Kombucha Mushroom Kit! This kit provides everything you could possibly need to get started brewing Kombucha!

Since we started brewing our kombucha at home, we simply cannot get enough! One gallon is only enough to last us a couple of days. I’m going to need to add a second brewing vessel or switch to a continuous brew system soon.

The Kickstarter Kombucha Mushroom Kit includes:

  • 2 SCOBY Kombucha Cultures
  • 2 cups Starter liquid - 16oz
  • Hannah’s Special Tea Blend For Perfect Kombucha - 60 servings
  • Stainless steel 3″ tea ball
  • Reusable muslin tea bags
  • Organic evaporated cane juice sugar
  • Upcycled Cotton Cloth Cover & Rubber Band
  • Flavoring
  • Kombucha 50x Concentrate - 20 servings
  • Lab Grade pH Strips - 10 strips
  • Short-cut Kombucha Tea Recipe, Tips & DIY Guide
  • Complete Kombucha Handbook (e-book) - 100+ pages
  • Web support

That’s one awesome kit! Previously priced at $155.86, this kombucha brewing kit is now priced at $99.88. And don’t forget you can get free recipes on the Kombucha Kamp website to make brewing your kombucha easier and even more fun.

I’ve never tried kombucha, but I’ve heard a lot about it. This sounds like a very comprehensive starter kit.

They really do give you everything you need to start making kombucha! I’ve contemplated doing this before, but honestly gathering the supplies was the biggest hurdle for me. I love how easy they make it! Now I have no excuses.

I’ve had kombucha before; from Whole Foods Market near my bookstore. However, I have not tried to make it o my own or pursued it further. Will be doing that in the future, now that I have more info on it.

I’ve never heard of kombucha. There are a lot of items in the kit; Is it hard to make or time consuming?

I’ve had it before, but haven’t made it for myself…I thought that it would be a lot more complicated than it seems to be… I think I’ll like the challenge :)
