My family loves to explore all different types of cuisines, and I think we can all agree that we enjoy Asian food. There isn’t a large selection of Asian restaurants where we live, so we’ve slowly taught ourselves how to re-create our favorite dishes. And we’ve come up with some of our own along the way.
At first, cooking Asian food may seem a little intimidating if you haven’t done it before. However, I can assure you it’s easier than it looks! And you can use some hacks like using frozen fried rice to make the process even quicker on busy nights.
I’ve been craving Thai food for a while now. I love the Thai Chicken Soup and the Thai Shrimp Noodle Soup that I make, but I wanted something a bit heartier this time, so the last time I visited Vons, I picked up a few pounds of chicken wings and some Ling-Ling Thai-Style Chicken Fried Rice to serve alongside them.
If you haven’t tried Ling Ling Fried Rice yet, you’ll find that it’s super easy to make and it tastes great too. It comes in several different flavors that are based upon authentic Asian inspired recipes from Japan, China, Korea and Thailand.
These are the 5 fried rice flavors you’ll find in the freezer section:
The reason they taste so great is because they are prepared through an Infusion Cooking Method. What that means is that each grain of rice is infused with Ling Ling signature sauces so you get incredible flavor in every single bite.
Don’t tell, but you may not be able to taste the difference between Ling Ling Fried Rice and your restaurant favorites! And it’s so much easier than making fried rice from scratch.
