I absolutely love this time of year. There is just so much delicious produce at our fingertips, and we love coming up with new ways to enjoy it each and every week.

Over the last few summers, we’ve been making a lot of Watermelon Agua Fresca. Did you know you can make it with many other fruits too, and even cucumber?!

I’m going to show you how to make Orange and Cucumber Agua Fresca in addition to Watermelon. These refreshing drinks are perfect for a warm spring or summer day.

Feel free to play around with other fruits too! Try strawberries (for Agua Fresca de Fresa), pineapple, mango, honeydew or cantaloupe – experimenting is half the fun with making Agua Fresca!

  • Add ice to your blender.
  • Add peeled, seeded and chopped watermelon, cucumber or orange to your blender.
  • Add water and lime juice.
  • Add sugar or honey.
  • Blend until the drink is frothy.
