Step-by-Step: How to Make Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Follow these simple step-by-step instructions to learn how to make the best flourless peanut butter cookies with only 3 ingredients that are naturally gluten free.

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350˚ F.

Place 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of white sugar and 1 large egg in a large mixing bowl and mix until everything is well combined and the batter is smooth. Make sure to scrape the sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula to make sure all ingredients are evenly incorporated into your peanut butter mixture.

To make the process faster, you could also use a stand mixer or food processor to combine the ingredients.

Step 5: Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until they’re set and golden brown around the edges. Remove the pan from the oven then allow them to cool for 5 minutes on the sheet pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool to room temperature. Serve with a cup of homemade almond milk or your favorite milk.

Best peanut butter

You can use any type of peanut butter to make this easy gluten free PB cookie recipe. I personally like to use natural peanut butter, but you can use any type you have on hand.

Storage tips

Store the leftovers in an airtight container. If left on the counter at room temperature, they’ll last for about 3-4 days. They’ll last for about a week in the fridge, or you can freeze them for up to 2 months.
